Abstract: This research examines how Henri Bergson's theory of laughter can be applied to contemporary humor, which is prevalent on the internet, particularly in memes and short videos. The study is based on Bergson's view that laughter can function as a tool for social correction in the face of certain behaviors considered automatic. However, when exploring the digital space, it becomes clear that laughter on the internet has new functions and characteristics, such as fluidity, collective participation, and the possibility of social critique. Current authors such as Limor Shifman, Judith Butler, Vitor Chagas, Alexandre Werneck e Isabella Tavares Sozza Moraes help us understand how this digital humor goes beyond the rigidity of Bergson's theory, also becoming a form of communication, a new cultural language. Online humor finds a space for resistance, a place where people can show who they truly are, or at least who they want to appear to be on social media, and how they can construct that image. This research also highlights the social, political, and emotional role of laughter on the internet, showing that, more than correcting, online humor often asks questions, provokes, and also makes changes.

Title: De Penteu a “O amor que não ousa dizer o seu nome…”: identidade por meio da cena teatral
Abstract: Through the memorial presented here, the research aims to describe and reflect on the process of creating the scenic experiment entitled "The love that dares not speak its name…", having as its starting point questions of identity addressed from the character Pentheus of the Greek tragedy "The Bacchae" by Euripides, addressing how the issues of the aforementioned character resonate in contemporary society. The research includes autobiographical accounts and a survey of stories of marginalization, erasure or denial of LGBTQIAPN+ people by the systems of power present in society. Adopting a performative methodology, in which theory and practice intertwine without one overriding the other, and having as its theoretical foundation the research of Eugênio Barba, Janaína Fontes Leite, João Silvério Trevisan, Megg Rayara Gomes de Oliveira, Paco Vidarte, Waldir M. S. Júnior, among other researchers, the creative process not only analyzed the character Penteu, but also provided a platform to amplify marginalized voices and promote discussions about identity and power in contemporary society.
