Title: Diagnóstico de clima organizacional em uma cooperativa financeira: convergências e tensões entre o Trust Index® e a literatura científica
Abstract: This study analyzes the extent to which the organizational climate results obtained through the
Great Place to Work® (GPTW) Trust Index® in a financial cooperative converge with the
concepts and dimensions discussed in the scientific literature on organizational climate. Using
a case study design with data from 185 employees, global and dimensional indicators were
examined and compared with classical and contemporary theoretical models. Findings revealed
high levels of organizational climate across all assessed dimensions: credibility, respect,
fairness, pride, and camaraderie, indicating broadly positive employee perceptions. The
comparative analysis showed that, although there is substantial convergence between the
content of GPTW dimensions and scholarly literature, the instrument’s operationalization tends
to approximate climate assessment to measures of satisfaction and engagement, thus reducing
the multidimensional complexity of the construct. It is concluded that the Trust Index®
provides relevant indicators but requires critical interpretation aligned with theoretical
definitions of climate, especially in contexts that demand analytic rigor. The study also
identifies methodological gaps and proposes directions for future research integrating marketbased tools with psychometrically validated scales.

Abstract: This qualitative research aimed to analyze the role of Psychology in guaranteeing the human rights of children and adolescents in the Élisson Prieto neighborhood (formerly the Glória settlement), located in the city of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, at the ABC do Glória NGO. This institution can be considered a space for non-formal education, configured as a popular education institution, which offers workshops to young people aged 6 to 15 within the thematic areas of culture, socio-emotional development, literature, and leisure, as well as preparation for the job market with the "Youth in Focus" program. To address the research problem, the study employed methodological resources through semi-structured interviews with professionals from the Psychology team of the NGO, and elements of the researcher's own institutional experience concerning the perspective of Psychology professionals in dialogue with the field of popular education. Thus, the aim was to investigate, more specifically, relevant data about the work proposed by the team, the association of these proposals with institutional demands, the professionals' perception of the work developed, and finally, the theoretical and practical contributions of Psychology to the protection and promotion of human rights. It was hoped that the research results would contribute to discussions about the training of professionals in the field and highlight the importance of a praxis committed socially and politically to the demands of popular education and to the active confrontation of social inequalities.

Title: Cartografias das diferenças no campo de sexualidade e gênero: um olhar queer e esquizoanalítico
Abstract: Inheriting from Foucault’s ideas about power-knowledge relations, both the Queer Theory and the Philosophy of Difference (or Schizoanalysis) conduct analyses with political and critical disposition towards deconstructing identity logics produced by discursive and power dispositives. This undergraduate thesis aims to problematize the differences in the field of gender and sexuality, starting with the dialogue between conceptual mediators of gender studies, Queer Theory and Philosophy of Difference. This is a qualitative, exploratory and bibliographic study, based on the cartographic method proposed by Deleuze and Guattari, and its ethical-esthetical-political paradigm. The Research Diary was used as a narrative tool for the researcher’s affective and cognitive immersion during the cartographic process, mapping openings to what affects the subjectivity, following a rhizomathic logic and with emphasis on implication. To reflect on experiences outside of the heterosexual-cisgender normativity, covering from the researcher’s personal trajectory to the historical contextualization about the construction of gender and sex concepts, from the feminist context to the genealogy of Foucault’s sexuality apparatus and to Butler’s and Preciado’s theories. Then, the tension between the concepts of identity and difference was articulated, inspired by the perspectives of queer and the Philosophy of Difference. Finally, Herculine Barbin’s story was introduced as a way of illustrating the theories and because of its sensitive effect. Thus, it was aimed to defend the dimension of multiplicity and of becoming as a right in life, so the many ways to experience gender and sexuality find existential paths.

Title: Algodão, música e história: coletivo de tecelãs do Vale do Jequitinhonha e a construção da identidade feminina
Abstract: Work is a fundamental activity in adult life, impacting various aspects of an individual's development, including their identity. This study aims to understand, through narratives on social media, how women weavers in the Jequitinhonha Valley characterize their handicrafts and their lives through work, considering the analysis of the process of constructing female identity in this territory and the appreciation of handicrafts. Seventeen Instagram posts and four YouTube videos were analyzed from a Historical-Cultural theoretical-methodological perspective. The women's accounts show that handicrafts go beyond individual action, involving aspects such as ancestry, affectivity, and life transformation, both economically and psychologically. Therefore, the weaving work carried out collectively by women in the Jequitinhonha Valley is fundamental to the constitution of female identity and the transformation of lives in the territory, highlighting the importance of valuing handicrafts and collectivity.
