Title: Gestão orientada por resultados: o caso da Biblioteca da UFU Abstract: Introducing a pilot study proposed by the Library System of the Federal University of Uberlândia (SISBI/UFU) team, utilizing management concepts in which quality indicators are the fundamental tools in measuring user satisfaction. With the integration of management concepts, we can achieve set goals, better understand new user profiles, improve the quality of services offered and adapt activities to changes and trends. Also, by analyzing these quality indicators and management concepts we can have a deeper understanding of employee relationships and provide quality services, including guiding future investments, significantly increasing the degree of satisfaction in the quality of service delivered and improving customer service.
